With over a decade of experience creating winning demonstratives for high-stakes intellectual property and complex commercial trials and arbitrations, April leverages her skills as a former AmLaw 100 patent litigator to pair effective information design with legal strategy to help her clients win.  She is her clients’ ace in the hole, and will pull out all the stops to provide stellar support and the very best work product on each and every case.  

 

As a recovering attorney, April knows what it takes to get the job done right the first time, on time, no excuses.  Combining her ability to see the big picture with her unparalleled eye for detail, April’s specialties include pharmaceutical, software, and mechanical patent litigation, complex financial and banking cases, large-scale environmental matters, and all manner of complex commercial litigation. 

 

April has authored articles and white papers regarding the implementation of information design principles for high-stakes litigation, and routinely conducts CLE presentations to litigators and their clients nationwide regarding the effective use of demonstratives at trial.

 

April holds a J.D. specializing in Intellectual Property from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, a B.A. with Distinction in English and Photography from the University of Virginia, and is a member of the bars of New York and the District of Columbia.
